Several local museums are participating in Dining for a Cause, a philanthropic event managed through the Wyoming Community Foundation (WCF) and sponsored by Frackelton’s Fine Food and Spirits.
Scheduled for Monday, January 9th, it is an opportunity to raise money and increase awareness about an organization’s good works.
All money collected from lunch and dinner on the day of the event will be donated to the participants and will also provide leverage for organizations to raise matching funds.
Participating in this year’s event are the Jim Gatchell Memorial Museum,, the Trail End State Historic Site, the Sheridan County Historical Society, and Fort Phil Kearny State Historic Site.
Meals purchased on that day will benefit the programming efforts of the Johnson and Sheridan county museums.
