Since the early 1900s, Eaton's Ranch has been in operation on Wolf Creek, in Wolf, Wyoming west of Sheridan. The ranch in the summer home for some 200 head of horses as well, who make a trek from Echeta (pronounced etch-ee-ta) to Wolf toward the end of May every year since the 1930s.
