Sheridan participates in National Bike to Work Week nearly every year, and has been doing so since Monday. Tomorrow, the final day of Bike to Work Week kicks off with breakfast along the Sheridan Pathway System. The Wyoming Highway Patrol will be participating in a nationwide May Mobilization Seat Belt Enforcement campaign that begins May 20th and ends June 2nd. What this means is officers across the state will be working together to prevent fatalities and injuries as a result of not being buckled up in vehicle crashes. They will be implementing a zero tolerance stance during the time period. Troopers have partnered with the Wyoming Seat Belt Coalition in regards to reducing fatalities through education and enforcement of statutes.
