Toys For Tots Begins in Johnson County

toysfortotsThe 2011 Toys For Tots Caring and Sharing Program in Johnson County has begun. Businesses around town have drop off locations for reasonable items to help children in the county who normally wouldn’t have received gifts this season for any reason. The Big Horn Mountain Radio Network is participating in the event this year.

It is sponsored by the Johnson County chapter of the Marine Corps. League.

Toys collected at the various locations throughout Buffalo will be given out December 16th and 17th at the Buffalo Senior Center…

Wagner suggests items donated be no more than $30 in price, to keep things reasonable. Items such as iPods, electronics, or bikes are not recommended.

For the toys, he says… .

Once again, you can drop toys off at a number of locations, including The Big Horn Mountain Radio Network studios, Pamida, The Prescription Shop, Ace Hardware, Big Horn Co-op, Family Dollar and DJs. The Buffalo Chamber of Commerce will also be accepting toys as part of the Johnson County Caring and Sharing Program.
