A Gillette man is in custody following a tip received from a concerned citizen. The man, 26-years-old, was arrested on felony charge of possession of a deadly weapon with unlawful intent. He allegedly talked about different ways to make car bombs and blow up houses. Paul Wallem from our Campbell County news desk says the witness contacted police regarding suspicious items found in the home.
