The Bozeman Chronicle is reporting that the 39-year-old Manhattan man was arrested on felony charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault, and the use of a firearm. The arrest, says the Chronicle, stems from the abduction of the 11-year-old girl in Cody. Koch's report from the jailer at Gallatain County confirms what the Chronicle reported...
