Mark William Blackley, 60, of Story, passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2017, at his residence.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 27, 2018, at the Grace Chapel Church in Story, WY with Pastor William Dill officiating. A Reception will follow at the church.
