Funeral services for Miles Brimeyer, 57 year old Buffalo resident who passed way at his home in Buffalo will be held Friday, July 7th at 10:00 a.m. from the Harness Funeral Home in Buffalo with Father Peter Johnson officiating.  Donations in Mr. Brimeyer’s memory may be made to the Miles Brimeyer Memorial, a fund being set up for the education of his grandchildren.  Online condolences may be made at www.harnessfuneralhome.com

Miles Richard Brimeyer was born on May 20, 1960 in Dubuque, Iowa to Richard and Helen Brimeyer.  He started school in Iowa and moved with his family to Buffalo, Wyoming in 1973.  He attended Buffalo High School where he graduated with the class of 1979.  After high school he attended the Wyoming Technical Institute in Laramie and received certification as a Diesel Technician.  Miles worked at various jobs in Buffalo including mechanic, plumbing contractor and work on oil rigs and in coal mines.  Ill health forced him to retire and he continued living in Buffalo until his death.

He was a member of the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.  He enjoyed snowmobiling, swimming, and tennis.  His passion was working on cars and spending time with his children.

He is survived by three daughters, Jennifer Brimeyer of Buffalo, Jessica Strang and her husband David of Gillette and Tana Sikkenga of Gillette; one half-brother Ronnie Rehor of Tampa, Florida and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and his step-mother.
