Girls:
Hannah Behunin – Mountain View (Cross County, Indoor Track and Field, Outdoor Track and Field)
Anna Gibson – Jackson Hole (Cross-County, Skiing, Outdoor Track and Field)
Kalina Smith – Gillette (Volleyball, Basketball, Track and Field)
Cosette Stellern – Cheyenne East (Volleyball, Basketball, Track and Field)
Jules Ward –Thermopolis (Cross County, Basketball, Track and Field)
The Millward Simpson Award is for graduating seniors only, and considered to be the highest honor that an athlete can receive, because they excelled in multiple sports in all four years of their high school career.
