Youth in Sheridan will soon have a new place to gather after school and during the summer in Sheridan. The new KidsLife Youth Community Center, which is currently under construction next to the YMCA, is scheduled to be completed and fully operational by this fall.
Ryan Koltiska, executive director for KidsLife, said they hope to have the facility open by the next school year.
Koltiska said that the “Klubhaus” will offer many different programs to empower local youth.
The facility will be open year round, and will offer many programs for Sheridan youth. Koltiska added that the facility is currently 70% funded and they are continuing to raise funds during construction.
