SHERIDAN, WY— According to a news release, the Sheridan County Board of County Commissioners stated that they intend to amend the rules regarding liquor licenses in the county.

The new rules would require all employees of any establishments possessing a liquor license to complete “Training for Intervention Procedures” also known as TIPS. TIPS is “is the global leader in education and training for the responsible service, sale, and consumption of alcohol.”

A copy of the proposed amendment is available at the courthouse. County Commissioners will vote on the amendment at their first scheduled meeting in March.
